So, I've been a little slacky with my Friday Favorites over the last month. Whoops! That just means I have to pick up the pace for the rest of the year.

It's been over two years since I've posted anything about our house. But by how terrible my back feels and how amazing our master bedroom and bathroom look, I can't help but share!

Okay, so I could describe this podcast, but they do a much better job:
The Popcast is the Denzel Washington of podcasts: solid, dependable, hard-working and charmingly humorous. More specifically, it is a weekly argument / conversation between Knox McCoy and Jamie Golden about all things pop culture. 2016 is here!
I love a fresh start. I also love even numbers. Even number have been significant for me:
2010: Meet/begin dating Jason

2015: A Year in Review
What a year it has been. It has surely been a year of ups and downs, but I am certainly grateful for every bit of it. We had some expected celebrations and some unforeseen turns. It's over!! But, it's only just begun.
I truly feel like my excuse for not eating certain things is over. In January when I didn't want/couldn't eat a non-compliant food, had to bring my own food, or had to ask for some off-menu item I could just smile and say, "I'm doing the Whole30," and people would either ask me what it was or give me a sympathetic look.
